Tomato Soup

This is my husband's favourite soup. It's also his idea to eat it with garlic bread and it actually tastes brilliant!

INGREDIENTS:

approix. 1.5-2 l water
3 chicken drumsticks
2 stock cubs(I used chicken soup flavour but you can use any flavour you want except fish one:)
1 pack of tomato sauce(PASSATA)
100-150 g tomato puree(add more or less-depends if you prefer stronger taste or very mild)
25ml of sweet cream(I used that one in the picture below -you will find it in any polish shop)
approix. 300 g pasta and 1 tsp of salt
garlic bread (optional)

herbs:
0.5 tsp of basil
1-2 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of garlic granules
2 tsp of "KUCHAREK" (you should be able to find it in any Tesco across Ireland)

DESCRIPTION:
Boil water, add drumsticks and cook them for about 1/2 h on a small flame. Take drumsticks out of water and add stock cubes + passata + tomato puree and herbs. Mix everything with the wooden spoon and boil for about 1/2 h.
At the end of cooking add cream and boil for another 5min.
Cook pasta separately in the meantime in salted water.
Pour the soup out to the bowls and add pasta.

Personally I would strongly recommend to serve soup with garlic bread.
