INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g of ham
- 100 g of hot-dog sausage
- 150 g of chicken
- 1 onion
- 5 pickled cucumbers ( I used Polish one)
- 8 black olives
- 12 green olives
- olive oil
- pepper
- 3 bay leaves
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook bullion from chicken legs or something similar. when meat will be quite soft add cutted and fried on olive oil onion,cutted pickled cucumbers and cook for another few minutes.
- Take chicken out and separate meat-add it to the soup. Add black pepper,bay leaves,cutted ham and sausages and chopped olives. Cook until everything will be soft and ready to eat.
