Chocolate Mass:
- 100 g of butter
- 3 tsp of cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 1 full tsp of flour
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 egg white
- + blackcurrant jam
- + muffin’s baking paper
- Heat an oven to 175C. Melt butter in a pot and add cocoa. Mix and cook. Put away,add 3tbsp of jam,sugar,eggs,sifted flour and baking powder. Mix carefully until all ingredients are well put together.
- Prepare small bowl,mix mascarpone with flour,sugar and egg white.
- Put chocolate mass (just 1/2 or 2/3 of capacity) in a special muffin’s baking paper,than add 1 tsp of mascarpone mass and a little bit of blackcurrant jam.
- Put in the oven and bake for about 20-25min.
