- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pack of custard(pudding) in powder (I always use Polish one but I'm sure difeerent one will be good as well)
- 1 vanilla sugar (I'm using this one from Polish shop)
- 2tsp baking powder
- olive oil
- crumbs( I use Polish crumbs)
LEMON ICING:
DIRECTIONS:
- 1. Whip eggs with sugar to make a fluffy foam,add carefully mayo,flour mixed with baking powder,custard in powder and vanilla sugar. If mass is too thick add 2tbs of oil.
- Pour out dough into a baking tray which is previously spreaded with olive oil and crumbs. Bake for 50 min in oven preheated to 180C.
- Make an icing. Melt caster sugar with lemon juice in a small pot and spread it on cold sponge cake.
