Lemon Tart





INGREDIENTS:

  • 240 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 vanilla sugar

  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • a bit of salt
  • 1 glass natural yogurt
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice

  • blackcurrant jam
  • caster sugar


DIRECTIONS:

  1. 1. Spread butter and flour on the baking tray. Heat the oven to 160C. Whip soft butter with sugar,lemon zest and vanilla sugar to make a fluffy mass.
  1. Partialy add eggs and flour mixed with baking powder and salt. When everything is ready add yougurt and lemon juice,mix until all ingredients are mixed.
  2. Separate dough to two even parts and bake separately around 50min.
  3. When both tarts are baked spread one with blaccurat jam,cover with the seond part and spread with caster sugar.
