Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS:
  • 400 g of mince meat
  • 1 onion
  • 300-400 g of spaghetti pasta
  • approx. 100 g of  tomato puree
  • spaghetti seasoning ( I used this one from Polish shop-I added approix. half of the pack)
  • 1 tsp of sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of chilli ( you can add more if you prefer spicier taste)
  • 1 tbsp of salt ( add to water in which pasta will be cooked)
  • olive oil
  • 50 g of grated cheese
  • fresh basil to decorate
DESCRIPTION:
  1. Peel and cut onion.Fry it slightly on olive oil and add mince meat. Fry for 10min,add tomato puree and herbs. Mix and fry for approx. 10-15min stiring occasionally until the meat is tender.. 
  2. Boil water with salt and add pasta-cook according to recipe on the pack. 
  3. Serve as it is shown at the picture above. Add cheese as a topping and decorate with basil.
