Potato and Sausage Ragout

INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 g of sausage (I used Polish one)

  • 9 medium potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp of rosemary
  • salt , pepper
  • 3-4 tsp of bbq seasoning (I used the one bought in Polish shop)

  • 1 tsp of sweet paprika
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 100 ml of vegetable stock
DESCRIPTION:
  1. Cut sausage into small pieces. Peel potatoes and cook them for a few minutes in boiled water,then cut them into large pieces. Peel carrot,garlic and onion. Cut carrot into stripes,onion into circles and chop garlic.
  2. Prepare a heat-proof dish and put inside sausage,vegetables,rosemary and bay leaves. season with salt and black pepper,add bbq seasoning,sweet paprika and add olive oil. Mix together carefully. Pour out vegetable stock.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 180C for about 90min.
