Chocolate and Blackcurrant Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate Mass:

  • 100 g of butter
  • 3 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Mascarpone Mass:
  • 200 g of mascarpone
  • 1 full tsp of flour
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • + blackcurrant jam
  • + muffin’s baking paper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat an oven to 175C. Melt butter in a pot and add cocoa. Mix and cook. Put away,add 3tbsp of  jam,sugar,eggs,sifted flour and baking powder. Mix carefully until all ingredients are well put together.
  2. Prepare small bowl,mix mascarpone with flour,sugar and egg white.
  3. Put chocolate mass (just 1/2 or 2/3 of capacity) in a special muffin’s baking paper,than add 1 tsp of mascarpone mass and a little bit of blackcurrant jam.
  4. Put in the oven and bake for about 20-25min.
