Mozzarella and Fresh Basil Pizza

INGREDIENTS: (this amount of dough is enough for two small pizzas, can feed 3-4 people)

  • 250 g of flour
  • 150 ml of warm water
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 7 g of dried yeast
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
SAUCE:
  • 1 small can of tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of basil
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of dried garlic

TOPPING:
  • 100 g of cheddar cheese
  • 1 ball of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 of red pepper
  • few leaves of fresh basil
  • pizza seasoning ( mixes oregano, basil, pepper, thyme, rosemary)

DESCRIPTION:
  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add sugar and 3 tbsp of flour-mix and put in a warm place for about half an hour. 
  2. Put flour and salt into the bowl and add yeast,olive oil and once again put in the warm place for half an hour to raise it.
  3. Prepare sauce: put tomato puree into the a small bowl,add all ingredients and mix. 
  4. Separate the dough into two parts. Place one part on the big chopping board or on the clean table and roll with the rolling pin. You might need to add more flour on the board if the dough will be sticky. 
  5. Spread baking tray with the flour and put the dough on. Add tomato sauce and spread throughout the dough. the put the cheddar cheese,mozzarella,pepper and fresh basil. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
  6. Bake in  the oven preheated to 200C for 10-15min.
