Burritos


INGREDIENTS:
  • 400 g of mice meat
  • 250 g of mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of tomato puree
  • 1 small can of kidney beans 
  • 200 g of cheese
  • herbs: black pepper, salt,sweet paprika,basil, maggi (polish liquid seasoning)
Dough:
  • 3 glasses of flour
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of sparkling water
  • 2 eggs
  • olive oil
  • herbs: merjoram, basil,oregano,chilli,sweet paprika,pepper

DESCRIPTION:
  1. Cut mushrooms and fry them in the pan,add meat,cutted onion and pulped garlic cloves. Cook for 20min. 
  2. Add tomato puree and kidney beans(without sauce). Cook for another 20min and add herbs. 
  3. Make dough: mix all ingredients altogether using mixer(dough should be like thick cream),fry pancakes on the pan spreaded with olive oil.
  4. Put filling onto pancake and roll it like a croquet. One more time fry it for a few minutes until slightly brown and spread with ketchup.
