Traditional Brownie

One of my favourite. Easy to prepare and so good that noone can resist.


INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 eggs
  • 225 g of butter
  • 300 g of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla flavour
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 275 g of sugar ( I used caster sugar)
  • 135 g of flour

DESCRIPTION:
  1. Heat an oven to 160-170C. Prepare a baking tray and put the baking paper inside.
  2. Rub off 1/3 of chocolate and put in the fridge.
  3. The rest of chocolate and cutted to pices butter put into a pot and melt. Do not boil. 
  4. Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla flavour to receive a fluffy foam. 
  5. Add chocolate mass and mix slowly altogether using mixer. Add flour and salt and mix one more time wth spoon. You can use mixer to do that but be very careful and use mixer on the lowest power.
  6. Put into the baking tray and spread with the rubbed chocolate. 
  7. Bake for about 20-30min.
