INGREDIENTS:
Sponge Cake:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 glass of sugar
  • 3/4 glass of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder


Mass:

  • 500 ml of sweet 30% cream (I used this one bought in Polish shop)


  •  2 "Sniezka" - it's a powder to condense cream while mixing( you will get it in Polish shop)


  • 150 g of desiccated coconut
  • 2 white chocolates

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients with mixer and bake sponge cake in rectangle baking tray for around 20-25 min in 160-170C.
Grate chocolate on a grater. Put the cream in the high bowl and start to mix with a mixer. After a few minutes add "Sniezka" and whip until it will become quite thick. Add 2/3 of chocolate and leave 1/3 to decorate. After that add coconut and mix carefully with a spoon. Put the cream out on the sponge cake,decorate with chocolate and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours..
