"Plum Dream"


INGREDIENTS:
Dough:

  • 2 glasses of flour
  • 1 pocket of butter
  • 1/2 glass of caster sugar
  • 2 yolks
Filling:
  • 500 g of mature and soft plums
Foam:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add cutted to pieces butter to flour and mix together with the spoon. Add the rest of the dough ingredients and knead with your hand. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
  2. Place 3/4 of the dough on the baking tray and bake for approix. 15 min in 175C. the rest of the dough leave in the fridge.
  3. Beat egg whites with mixer and add sugar still mixing. Whites have to be quite thick and firm. 
  4. Take out the dough from the oven and put plums on. Afterwards place foam on the plums and crumble the rest of the dough(I made small balls from the dough as seen on the picture).
  5. Put the tray back in the oven and bake for 30-40 min.
