Meatballs


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 kg of mince meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • 4 tbsp of crumbes
  • 2 tsp of sweet paprika
  • 1/2 spoon of chilli (you can skip it if you don't like spicy food)
  • 4 -5 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 2 glasses of bullion from chicken flavour cube
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a little bit of ground garlic

DESCRIPTION:
  1. Cut onion and fry it slightly on the pan with olive oil (or just normal oil). Prepare a medium bowl and put there meat. Add an onion, an egg, 2 tbsp of crumbes, little bit of salt,pepper and sweet paprika. Mix together using your hand until there will be nice and smooth mass. If the meat is too thin add mor crumbes. Make small balls and coat them in crumbes. Fry on the olive oil for a few minutes.
  2. Boil a bullion and put the fried meat balls inside. If there's not enough water to cover the meatballs add some water ( if you add more water you will need also a little bit more of tomato sauce). Add tomato sauce, Stril carefully and cook for another 30 minutes. In the end of boiliong add a lbit salt,pepper and garlic and cook for 5 minutes more. 
  3. Serve with boiled potatoes and gherkins or green salad.
