Spaghetti Bolognese
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of mince meat
- 1 onion
- 300-400 g of spaghetti pasta
- approx. 100 g of tomato puree
- spaghetti seasoning ( I used this one from Polish shop-I added approix. half of the pack)
- 1 tsp of sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp of chilli ( you can add more if you prefer spicier taste)
- 1 tbsp of salt ( add to water in which pasta will be cooked)
- olive oil
- 50 g of grated cheese
- fresh basil to decorate
DESCRIPTION:
- Peel and cut onion.Fry it slightly on olive oil and add mince meat. Fry for 10min,add tomato puree and herbs. Mix and fry for approx. 10-15min stiring occasionally until the meat is tender..
- Boil water with salt and add pasta-cook according to recipe on the pack.
- Serve as it is shown at the picture above. Add cheese as a topping and decorate with basil.
