Dumplings filled with dairy cheese and potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH
3 glasses of plain flour
1/2 tablespoon of butter
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 glass of hot boiled water

FILLING
1kg of potatoes
250g of dairy cheese (you can get it in Polish shop-there is plenty of them in Dublin)
2 small onions
2 tablespoons of marjoram
1/2 tablesppon of KUCHAREK (this one is from Polish shop as well but you can find it easly in almost every single Tesco in Ireland on the shelf with polish products :) )

DIRECTIONS:

filling: Cut an onion into small pieces and fry it on the pan(with a little bit of olive oil or just normal sunflower/vegetable oil). Miz it with cooked and smashed potatoes, add dairy cheese-mix everything together and at the end add marjoram and kucharek. Everything has to mixed very well, should look like a mus.
dough: mix all ingredients and shake it with a spoon. When a dough is still warm start to knead. Take a piece and roll it out with a rolling-pin. Take a small glass and cut out circles. Put a filling inside and glue it tightly.
Prepare a big pot and boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt, put 10-15 dumplings inside, skahe it carefully and wait untill they flow out.
I usually eat them with fried onion & chieves with "kucharek".
You can also use a dairy cream.

Enjoy:)
